We value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Unfortunately, coffee and tea are food items and cannot be returned. Due to its perishable nature and food regulations, coffee and tea cannot be returned for credit or refund.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if you are having trouble with a coffee or tea, please be sure to let us know – we are always happy to help.

At Little Bad Dog Coffee, we also sell coffee mugs, wall plaques, blocks, t-shirts, and other accessories which can be returned.

Customers can initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns initiated beyond this timeframe may not be accepted unless otherwise stated.

·         Our shop will guide you through the next steps and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if the return is approved.

Step 2: Preparing the Item

Ensure the product is in its original packaging and packing material.  Affix the return label provided by our shop to the package.

Step 3: Shipping the Item

Send the item using United States Post Office.  Retain the shipping receipt or tracking number for reference.

 

Refund Policy

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will include the product cost and applicable taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Option

Customers may opt for an exchange instead of a refund if the desired product is available. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility criteria as returns.

For items that are damaged or defective upon receipt:
