Our Coffee Shop was inspired by our Chihuahua, Lola—a little dog with a big personality. Like most Chihuahuas, she has a unique spirit that keeps life interesting: one moment she’s affectionate and cuddly, and the next she’s bold, energetic, and full of attitude. Her charm, character, and unforgettable presence became the perfect inspiration for the name and personality behind our shop.
