Return Policy

Introduction

We value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Unfortunately, coffee and tea are food items and cannot be returned. Due to its perishable nature and food regulations, coffee and tea cannot be returned for credit or refund.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if you are having trouble with a coffee or tea, please be sure to let us know – we are always happy to help.

At Little Bad Dog Coffee, we also sell coffee mugs, wall plaques, blocks, t-shirts, and other accessories which can be returned. 

Please email us at littlebaddogcoffee@gmail.com or call us at 712-775-2121 to arrange a return and to receive a confirmation number BEFORE you ship the item. This allows us to track your return and make sure you have the correct shipping address.

To facilitate this, we offer a transparent and customer-friendly return policy. This document outlines the procedures, terms, and conditions for returning products purchased from our store.

Eligibility for Return

Some products sold by us are eligible for return under the following circumstances:

·         The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

·         The product does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

·         The product is unopened and in its original packaging.

Items such as perishable goods, personalized products, and final sale items are generally not eligible for return.  If you have a question on whether an item can be returned or not, please call or email us.

Time frame for Returns

Customers can initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns initiated beyond this timeframe may not be accepted unless otherwise stated.

Return Process

Step 1: Initiating a Return

To begin the return process, follow these steps:

·         Contact our shop via email or phone.

·         Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation or images if the product is defective or damaged.

·         Our shop will guide you through the next steps and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if the return is approved.

Step 2: Preparing the Item

Ensure the product is in its original packaging and packing material.  Affix the return label provided by our shop to the package.

Step 3: Shipping the Item

Send the item using United States Post Office.  Retain the shipping receipt or tracking number for reference.
